Inspiration: Viva España!
I'm leaving for Madrid on tomorrow to attend my friend Maria's wedding to her Pedro. I absolutely love Madrid and this fantastic city has a special place in my heart ever since I lived there a few months as an exchange student almost ten years ago. I'm so excited to go! So here are some pictures inspired by Spain... I'll be back in a few days. Hasta pronto!

More DIY magic from Centsational Girl!
I just posted an item on a DIY project by Kate from Centsational Girl. Today she a published another fantastic project on her blog that I just love love LOVE, and had to share!
Kate came across an old and really yukkie dresser in a Las Vegas thiftshop. Anyone else would run away screaming at the sight of this horrible piece of furniture. Not Kate! She saw it's potential and bought the black and gold monster for just $13 dollars. At home she worked her magic and the end result is again just stunning. Here's a look at the before and after photo's. Want to know how Kate pulled it off? Visit her blog and click on the post What happens in Vegas, needs paint! (What a funny title!).

With some magic the end result is this!

Great DIY project - As seen on Centsational Girl blog
As you all know I'm a big fan of Kate from the blog Centsational Girl. Her creativity is amazing and I love reading about all her DIY projects. Kate recently posted a project on how to transform a ordinary and boring table into a fabulous and unique writers desk, creating a beautiful and elegant workplace for herself. Have a look at the photo on the left. Isn't it lovely? It's a relatively simple project but with a stunning end result! Kate painted the table white and by using a stencil she made herself, she painted a pattern on the table giving it a unique and personal touch.
Want to know how Kate did it? Go to her blog and check out the No more writers block post.
An this is the writers table after Kate worked her magic...![]()

Take a look at these wallpapers
Aren't these wallpapers yummy? Dutch wallpaper design label Eijffinger designs and develops an extensive range of curtain and upholstery fabrics, wallpapers, smartpaper, vinyl wallcovering and combined wallpaper/interior fabrics, in their own studio. I especially like their collection of beautiful and funky wallpapers with unique designs. Here are a few designs I like...

Dutch Design: interior designer Eric Kuster
On of my favorite interior designers is the Dutch Eric Kuster. His style is modern and luxurious and he uses rich and warm colours. He started his career in textiles but soon started designing interiors for commercial projects as well as residential projects. Kuster has his own line of furniture and fabrics and he works on projects all over the world. I think his work is beautiful and inspiring. Here's a peek at his work. The first four photographs are from the Eric Kuster villa showroom. The last three photographs are items from his furniture collection. For more information visit his website: www.erickuster.com.

Photographer Mireille Roobaert
I'm a fan of Belgian photographer Mireille Roobaert. Her work is featured in many Dutch and Belgian interior design magazines. Besides editorial work she also works for design labels shooting product lines. Here's a peek at some of her work. For more information or more photographs visit her website: www.mireilleroobaert.com.

It's here! It's here! My 'I love you, blogs and coffee' print...
Hi there! I just got back from Paris and it was wonderful! My mom and I had a fantastic time, we did all the touristy things and we are exhausted. But it was worth it! Paris is a dream and I am absolutely in love with this city. But enough about Paris for now because I have some exciting news!
A short while ago I ordered the 'I love you, blogs and coffee' print from Made by Girl I love so much. I had almost forgotten about it, but when I came home today this package from the US was waiting for me!

It came with a sweet little note from Jennifer Ramos...
